+++ Current information +++
In order to contain the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus, it is necessary to limit social contacts to the absolutely necessary extent. All appropriate measures have been taken at the Federal Fiscal Court. This includes restrictions on the use of the court building for the public.
Currently and until further notice there are no guided tours for (groups of) visitors.
The use of the library and its reading room is currently not possible for guests.
No access to the court building will be granted to people
- who have been to a risk area within the last 10 days prior to their entry to the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with the current guidelines imposing an obligation to self-isolate (CoronaEinreiseV; the current publication of the Robert-Koch-Institute (RKI) to be applied),
- who had contact with a person suffering from COVID-19,
- who suffer from symptoms associated with COVID-19 (coughing, a runny nose, sore throat or fever).
Wearing a mask is mandatory for everyone in the court building at all time – incl. visitors and those involved in oral hearings. Since the Federal Fiscal Court cannot provide common rooms, admission to the building takes place 15 minutes before the start of an oral hearing in order to avoid people gathering in front of the courtrooms.
Please note: Due to the social-distancing rules to be observed only a very limited number of seats can be made availabe in the courtrooms.
We thank you for your understanding.
