Decisions of the Federal Fiscal Court
Decisions for publication and not for publication
When publishing its decisions, the Federal Fiscal Court distinguishes between decisions intended for official publication and decisions not intended for official publication.
Decisions intended for official publication are the so-called V-Entscheidungen (V-Veröffentlichung, publication; Entscheidung, decision).
The decisions not intended for official publication are the so-called NV-Entscheidungen.
