Attending oral hearings and a tour of the Court
Attendance of oral hearings by single visitors
Oral hearings at the Federal Fiscal Court generally take place in the mornings from Tuesday to Thursday and are in principle open to the public.
Registration for the mere attendance in oral hearings is not required. A seat reservation will not be made.
Attendance of groups in oral hearings and/or a tour of the Court
The Federal Fiscal Court offers interested groups the opportunity to attend one or more oral hearings of the Court, as well as a tour of parts of the building. A prior appointment with the press office is mandatory.
A tour of the Court (duration 60 to 90 minutes) provides an insight into the tasks, organisation and working methods of the Federal Fiscal Court.
There is only one guided tour per day; the group should consist of a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 visitors.
Due to the great demand we are unable to accommodate all enquiries.
Information events at the Federal Fiscal Court are generally only held in German.
The tours offered are subject to compatibility with operational activities.
We do not offer guided tours in the evening, at weekends and on public holidays.
Please understand that guided tours of the building are not possible for unregistered visitors.
A valid identity card or passport must be presented in the reception area to enter the Federal Fiscal Court building.
Larger items of luggage (e.g. rucksacks), metal or glass objects may not be carried around. A limited number of lockers are available in the entrance area. No liability is assumed for visitors's items.
Please note that parking (especially for buses) is limited in the vicinity of the court.
