Since September 2026, the Federal Fiscal Court has been using the social network LinkedIn as part of its press and public relations work. Interested LinkedIn users can follow the posts from the Federal Fiscal Court’s press office at linkedin.com/company/bundesfinanzhof-de.
Please note that LinkedIn is not available for enquiries to the press office of the Federal Fiscal Court. We ask for your understanding that enquiries via LinkedIn will not be answered.
Furthermore, procedural applications or procedure-related messages cannot be submitted via LinkedIn. For this purpose, please use our contact details and observe our guidelines on electronic legal communication.
LinkedIn is a social network operated by the Microsoft Group. We would like to point out that the platform is operated by a private company. The Federal Fiscal Court has no influence over the nature and scope of user data storage by the operator of the LinkedIn platform, nor over the availability of the service at any given time.

As one of the highest federal courts of Germany, we value open, objective, and respectful dialogue. To ensure a constructive dialogue, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:

- We do not address procedural questions, motions, or provide individual legal advice via the Federal Fiscal Court’s LinkedIn account. Such inquiries will not be answered. Please use the contact options available on the Federal Fiscal Court’s website.
- When sharing content from the Federal Fiscal Court’s account, proper citation of the source is required. Sharing texts or images without proper attribution is prohibited.
- Comments on our posts are disabled by default—discussions are permitted on certain topics.
- Comments containing racist, anti-Semitic, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory content will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to delete such comments.
- Refrain from defamation, slander, and violations of copyright and privacy laws (e.g., posting real names and case numbers or mentioning individuals in comments without their consent).
- Spam, commercial advertising, campaign advertising, or links to unreliable sources are prohibited.
- In the event of a violation of these rules, we reserve the right to delete posts or block users. Serious violations (e.g., threats or incitement to hatred) will be prosecuted.
